Retreats are a nurturing way to escape from your daily routine and immerse yourself in yoga, health, wellbeing and transformation.
You will practice yoga two times a day, eat all organic foods, and have multiple opportunities for massages, meditation and reflection while you dive deeper into your own personal practice.
The daily classes are intimate and unique, customized with your personal needs in mind. Each day we work on different postures, techniques and themes. We explore together, play together, laugh together, and have fun together.

Workshops are a way to break down poses that are challenging and perhaps seem impossible to obtain. Workshops help a student gather new insight and discover a new way of approaching a posture and/or a new way of practicing. You build a stronger foundation, strength and flexibility.
